Parents and teachers may refer students for counseling services, scanning the QR code for a Student Assistance Form (SAF)

Crockett Wolves, this is Mrs. Serrano, your school counselor. I am here to support the students, community, and stakeholders. My services align with state and national standards to provide support for our students in understanding, acknowledging, managing, and accepting their feelings and emotions through various campus support methodologies. Based on Crockett's core values, the goal is to foster a more positive mindset and behaviors that promote the long-term success of students by teaching them coping skills, conflict resolution skills, and self-awareness.
On a case-by-case basis, my job will teach and provide students with tools and skills to cope with anxiety and stress. When the need arises, students will work with my guidance to develop a plan and set steps toward their personal goal.
